A. Board of Trustees
The Board of trustees is responsible for the Foundation’s general policy. It meets annually, and consists of a number of specialist academics and activists in the field of human rights, democracy and citizenship.

B. AFDC’s Director
Mr. Obaida Fares: supervises AFDC’s units’ performance, and is the link between them and the Board of Directors.

D. Executive Committee
Consists of AFDC's Assistant Director, Programs Director and Financial Director. The committee supervises the preparation of plans and reports, and the follow-up of the projects already in progress.
