Monitoring women's rights violations in Iraq

AFCD launched a project on "monitoring women's rights violations in Iraq". The project aims at preparing monthly reports about women’s rights abuses in several Iraqi governorates through monitoring the overlapping levels of women’s rights abuses in Iraq, whether they be committed by family members, governmental institutions, or coalition forces. This project is implemented in cooperation with the United Nations Development Fund for Women (UNIFEM), and a number of organizations and monitoring networks in Iraq.
